Ichetucknee State Park

Ichetucknee State Park has two distinct entrances and on Wednesday, we began at the South Entrance, walking the river trails and watching rafters & tubers prepare for their 2 hour trips drifting at 2-3 mph down the Ichetucknee River. Then we drove to the North Entrance and saw some of the earlier ones arriving at the end of the Ichetucknee, just before it merges with the Sante Fe River. Later we drove to White Springs & checked in at the Kelly RV Park. We asked about grocery stores to buy some things for dinner and were told not to bother, as the park was having a cook-out tonight & we were invited. Met some very colorful rv owners and received numerous pieces of advice on the best way to get where we're going. The camp ground is homey and well established. We even have wifi, so are able to update the blog and post a few pictures.
